Obverse Each Norn is depicted at the foot of Yggdrasil in a distinctive scene reflecting her role in the fate of the world: Urd weaves the golden thread of the past, gathering memories and experiences that shape the present; Verdanda sits immersed in the present moment, reminding us of the importance of every decision and action “here and now”; Skuld, in a mysterious cloak and hood, gazes into the future, determining the fates yet to come.
Reverse The reverse of each coin features the two-headed Germania Mint eagle surrounded by the roots of Yggdrasil and golden threads of fate, broken in some places, symbolizing both the influence of the past and the potential to shape the future.
